Refund and Exchange

All our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. We are not accepting returns or refunds at the moment.

However, we will happily replace or refund products that may get damaged during shipment. Please submit photos of your damaged items, including shipment box if possible, within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us at if you have any problems with your order 

Our products are handcrafted and 100% natural, each candle is unique and no candle will look the same. Slight variations can happen from batch to batch, but the scent and quality of each candle will not be altered.
